Current Opening
Position Requirements:
5 years (Project Manager) / 8 years (Senior Project Manager) or more full time IT project management experience in IT Infrastructure and Business Application experience will be an advance.
Knowledge on project methodologies & leading projects.
Detail oriented, high level of business requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, facilitation skills.
Ability to negotiate and influence key personnel across multiple business units and geographies, while influencing positive change through awareness, understanding, acceptance and engagement.
Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse, cross organizational teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for excellence.
Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred.
Knowledge on Business Application of hospitality and casino is an advanced.
With Macau ID or legal permit/visa to work in Macau
Require to work during non-office hour, weekend, and public holiday periodically as project schedule demanded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage high quality projects, on time & under budget with a customer focused attitude.
May need to handle 2 projects in parallel.
Manage business requirements from all applicable business departments and work with the project team to prioritize work
requested and drive project to completion.
Manage users’ expectation, change of scope on projects deliverables and resolve/escalate any issues as required with a
customer focused attitude.
Manage project timelines and validates project deliverables with the project team, vendors and contractors to meet business objectives.
Manage the project documentation and communications to the project team and business departments.
Manage the project cost and the payment schedule with vendor.
Provide project status reports, meeting minutes, business requirement documents and other project artifacts in accordance with the Project Management Standards.
Communicates project status, issues and risks etc. to Customer’s management timely and professionally in accordance with the Project Management Standards.
Manages user expectation and resolves any project issues as required.
Identification and mitigation of project risks.
Interface with supplier(s) and performs vendor management.
Provides project summary to Customer’s management regularly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To lead teams of salespeople to achieve annual sales and revenue targets;
2. Promote IT products and services to clients of various sectors;

Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline preferred;
2. At least 5 years of selling experience in IT industry;
3. Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills;
4. Result-oriented, self-disciplined;
5. Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English, Mandarin a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understand & gather project requirement from client to define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project;
2. Liaise with clients and internal staff to manage and balance competing demand for project scope, cost, time and quality;
3. Prepare project documentation such as schedule, checklist, UAT document etc;
4. Monitor and review project progress to ensure milestones and objectives are met.
Position requirements
1. Degree or Diploma graduate in engineering or computer related disciplines;
2. Certifications in PMP / PRINCE2 would be an added advantage;
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Network Infrastructure and Windows Server environment;
4. Able to communicate and work with different levels of corporate client;
5. Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills;
6. Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English, Mandarin a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
− Perform server & application set up, configuration and installation in Testing and Production environment.
− Perform trouble shooting & enhancement to customer’s system.
Job Requirements:
− Degree or Diploma graduate in engineering or computer related disciplines.
− At least 1 year working experience in field support in LAN / WAN / Wireless network environment.
− Experience in deploying / implementing MS Windows, Active Directory, Exchange and VMware will be an advantage.
− Holder of IT certification such as CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP/VCP/MCSE is preferable.
− Self-motivated, initiative, independent, able to work under pressure.
− Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English.
Job Responsibilities:
− Build up the Datacenter Network and related infrastructure;
− Provide complete and workable network design, implementation plan and acceptance test;
− Monitor network status and resources, provide the contingency and backup solution.
Job Requirements:
− Degree or Diploma graduate in engineering or computer related disciplines;
− At least 1 year working experience in field support in LAN / WAN / Wireless network environment;
− Experience in deploying / implementing Security solutions such as Firewall, VPN, and WAF will be an advantage;
− Holder of IT certification such as CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP/VCP/MCSE is preferable;
− Self-motivated, initiative, independent, able to work under presure;
− Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English.
Job Description:
− SResponsible for daily technical support and project implementation for government sectors, hotel and casinos, and sizable business private sector.
− Provide Tier 1 network technical support.
− Participate in internal technical team building and development.
− Establish IT related technical standards.
Requirements:
− 3 years or above related experiences, preferable in computer science, engineering or related bachelor’s degree.
− Good knowledge in TCP/IP and network and security products, included but not limited to Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, H3C, Checkpoint, PA, Fortinet, etc.
− Good understanding in configuration and operation of ETHERNET, TCP-IP, IP routing protocol, LAN switching, cybersecurity, BGP, OSPF, and Public Cloud.
− Solid background of IT infrastructure, proven experience in large and medium network construction, and can accomplish medium scale network requirements analysis, architecture design and configuration independently will be highly considered. Good knowledge in network devices maintenance, health assessment and analysis, troubleshooting, and log data analysis.
− Good customer service skills, team oriented, with a strong sense of work ethics and confidentiality.
− Good communication skills, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.
− Willing to work ad-hoc tasks and daily duties.
− Previous network operation experience and troubleshooting in a large corporate setting is a plus.
− Strong understanding of incident response and support.
− HCIE certificate is a plus.
− Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Cantonese proficiency preferred.
